The Process:
BrandJuice used its proprietary services to immerse, create, and validate our way through the clothes basket. First, we immersed ourselves into the world of laundry to understand consumers' habits and needs. We went into homes and watched people do laundry to understand, first hand, how people get clothes clean. Next, our Creativity Collective created and refined multiple bottle labels and product messages to test with consumers. Lastly, we took our new ideas and put them to the ultimate test - nope, not focus groups - we took our ideas to the consumers' shopping world and let them vote with their wallets. Our Battle Testing market trials gave our ideas the ultimate torture test - the survivors cleaned up and positioned Clorox 2 on the shelf of success.
