With a background heavily focused on the business of design and creative problem solving, Nancy believes that design without strategy is just art. Having gone to school outside of Cincinnati, she gained exposure to some of the world’s most iconic brands and began to carve her way into the CPG world fresh out of college. She is a firm believer that 10 heads are always better than 1, and that anything can be accomplished with the right team and a positive attitude. Nancy’s passion lies in getting her feet wet with a new problem to solve and challenging the brief.
